Our Commitment To Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We believe that you will be better able to be yourselves and connect with one another, if we, as providers of this service, protect your privacy.

The Information We Collect:

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the PeopleHunt service. Primarily we collect information from users in order to create profiles. The information we collect includes, but is not limited to: name, facebook name, facebook groups, location, photograph, topics you create, and token for iPhone push notifications.

The Way We Use Information:

We use the information you provide about yourself to create profiles that represent you. Depending on the event, your profile may be visible to just other members or publicly visible to anyone visiting the network.

We use the information you provide about yourself to help network administrators manage their event communities. Anything you provide directly to a network will also be visible to the administrator of that network. Administrators will not be able to see information you provide to other PeopleHunt event communities.

We use your phone number or iPhone token to help the network administrator contact you. We send notifications directly to your phone. Your phone number will not be visible to other members of the network.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our service, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify individuals.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without getting your opt-in approval.
